Targets and target groups
Furthermore, bakeries and groceries are won as additional sales platforms. The project is a relevant and important sales channel for producers - including small farmers whose products are refined in East Tyrol. The products convince with taste and their regional aspects - creative dishes extended the buffet offer in the local accommodation facilities. To ensure this, there are guidelines and Q-standards that must be complied with. A uniform presentation of the breakfast buffet strengthens the perception effect for the guest. Enthusiastic guests like to come back. The project creates a regional cycle with sustainable added value for East Tyrol and represents a distinguishing feature.
