Short description
Interreg I-A CLLD Dolomiti Live Kleinprojektefonds
The Drau cycle path and the Lunga via delle Dolomiti along the rivers Boite and Piave are used by thousands of cyclists in high season. Many guests spend the summer months repeatedly in the Dolomiti Live holiday destination.
Point of departure
In order to propose to guests new excursion destinations and in times of the increasingly popular e-bike tourism to offer also small challenges off the main route, these are to be brought to attention with the current travel magazine. For the first time, this will make it possible to present the cycle path network from the southern border of the Dolomiti Live Territory via the South Tyrolean Val Pusteria to the Hohe Tauern National Park in East Tyrol. The partners expect new streams of visitors and the upgrading of points of interest that are not located directly on the cycle path. To promote the cross-border Dolomiti Live region, the magazine will be enclosed in Italian and German magazines before the booking and travel period.
